What we collect
Your email address. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Why
To email you launch news about MatEnforcer.
Who handles it
Kit (kit.com) stores the list and sends the emails for us. Our launch emails come from an address at mail.matenforcer.net.
Where it's stored
Kit stores the list in the United States. Your data is protected there by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement for UK data), as set out in Kit's Data Processing Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep your address until you unsubscribe. This page went live on 15 November 2026. If MatEnforcer hasn't launched by 15 November 2028, we delete the whole list.
Your consent
You join by entering your email and confirming the link Kit sends you. Until you confirm, you're not on the list.
Leaving the list
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing withdraws your consent. It doesn't change anything about emails we already sent.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, stop using it, or send it to you in a file you can take elsewhere. Email support@matenforcer.net and we'll reply.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the privacy regulator where you live. In the EU or EEA that's your country's data protection authority. In Canada it's the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. In Australia it's the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. You can also email us first at support@matenforcer.net.
